Lawrence Dell, a disloyal USAF general, escapes from a military prison, seizes an ICBM silo near Montana, and threatens to start World War III unless the President reveals the details of a secret meeting held between Dell and the then-most President's trusted advisors shortly after the start of the Vietnam War.
