The manager of the Culver Hotel in Los Angeles during World War II leaves his nephew in charge of the hotel for the weekend. Overbooked with royalty, assassins, agents of the government, visitors from Japan, and munchkins is the new name of the Hotel Rainbow under the direction of the nephew. When Bruce Thorpe, a Secret Service agent, and Annie Clark, an actress and casting director, meet, they discover an unexpected romance.
