Before End of the World is an odyssey for the modern age. Much like the Odyssey of Homer, the journey's use is to restore sight -- a reconciliation between a deserted son and an obsessed dad. Dr. Farber, in trying to discover a cure for his wife's blindness, has created a system which allows the user to send pictures directly into the brain, enabling the blind to watch.
