Bob McGraw is in his 12th year of college, goofing his way through life. Bob, Irwing, Gonzer and Max would be the four losers forced and bribed to reflect their university. Forced and bribed into the role, they create mostly, although some friends, the Heather Merriweather enemies, even amongst others an entire group of marines.
