"Genius" inadvertently invents "goo," which causes living things to grow to enormous proportions. Seeing an opportunity to become wealthy, some delinquent teenagers steal the "goo" and, as a result of a silly dare, consume it themselves, growing thirty feet tall. They then seize control of the town by kidnapping the sheriff's daughter and engaging in suggestive dancing.
