Vulgar tells the story of a children's clown who hasn't had much luck lately. He lives in a run-down apartment that he cannot afford. Bums sleep in his rusted car and crash on his lawn all the time. His mother, who resides in a nursing home, is a nag, and his best friend is a thief. He has the idea to become a bachelor clown one day.
