Subsequent to the Wild West, a group of settlers including prostitute Belle, ex-doctor Phil Taylor, and also gay bookseller Julian - decide they cannot live inside their situation from the west. They hire a grizzled lane master by the name of James Harlow to shoot them on a journey back to their own hometowns.
