From the Southwest of the 1950svagabond Beaudray Demerille survives as a cardsharp who goes from town to town. But he is brought undesirable spoils in the sort of Wanda Nevada by his most recent victory. At Beaudray does what they can to ditch Wanda -- before the girl chances. But Beaudray and Wanda are not the only ones after the loot, plus they must compete with a pair of crooks.
