Future violent game shows produced by two competing television networks compete for viewers. Using convicts of murder as the competitors, one network creates a contemporary take on the Roman gladiators, but with motorcycles in place of chariots. The network decides that it needs a champion for this sport, so they accuse the show's regular winner of murder and put him on the show.
