Picture star Roxy Carmichael is abandoning the bright lights of Hollywood, Calif. and returning to some small Ohio hometown -- at least long enough to give a city building. And the whole town of Clyde is currently bracing most of her now-married old fire, for Carmichael's return Denton Webb and distressed teen Dinky Bossetti. An orphan with friends is convinced that she will be reclaimed by the actress if she yields, also Carmichael is her birth mother.
