Max Flatow is a social misfit with a knack for making homemade bombs. As soon as he becomes sick of them, he flees home, only to reappear seven years later as Max Frost, the world's greatest Frost wills himself into the system, obtaining new rights for the young when Congressman John Fergus uses Frost to gain youth votes for the Senate. Frost eventually stands for president.
